The Vienna based real estate developer Robul is developing a high-end, closed-type residential park in Bankya, a picturesque town situated amidst greenery at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, yet easily accessible from the Sofia city centre.

Erected on 43,000 sq.m of land, the Bankya Residences comprises of 40 single-family houses, each perfectly situated on freehold land plots of 750 to 1,200 sq.m.

To use the plots in the best possible way, we have designed a smaller yet spacious house type offering a total floor area of 195 sq.m and a larger house type of 294 sq.m. A kindergarten and shops supplying convenience goods within the compound and professional property management perfect the project.

The concept of the Bankya Residences was designed by ADA Ltd., a leading architectural design agency in Bulgaria. It creates an urban environment by combining the regional style with modern tendencies in housing architecture. The definition of “extras” like shades, blinds, pergolas and solar collectors which can be added independently allow for personalization of each house in terms of appearance and in terms of meeting green architecture criteria.
